Crisis Communications planning

I've succeeded in keeping several controversial projects and organisational changes 'off the front page' through careful stakeholder engagement and communications planning.

In my experience, if a project team can successfully engage with relevant stakeholders in a timely fashion and ensure open channels of feedback and communication surrounding a change or event, stakeholders will feel heard, informed and discouraged from leaking sensitive information to the media.

My role is to guide a project team through this process, create content, identify channels and execute accordingly.

Recent examples include Aruma's acquisition of a failing business supporting children with autism and another acquisition of an almost-bankrupt business in Port Macquarie.
